Expo 2023 – Episode 23 – Product Spotlight: Rottler EM45 Demo

For episode 23 we go out to Rottler Manufacturing’s factory in Kent, Washington to see Rottler’s Ed Kiebler and Ryan, and get a sneak preview of two new offerings from the company:

• A new Applications Engineering Department focused on developing high performance tooling and specialized solutions
• The new EM45, a state-of-the-art CNC with a large work envelope and lots of capabilities in a smaller, more floor space-efficient footprint

After the factory segment, we head back to the Expo studios and the Straub Technologies shop floor to see the EM45 in action.

To demonstrate how easy the machine is to operate, the 15-year old daughter of Joe “Dominator” Woods of Street Outlaws fame brings a block from the Coupe used in the show, and with zero experience with any CNC machine, proceeds to machine the block with precision.
