For this episode, CWT Industries’ Randy Neal heads down to The Tar Heel State to see Pro Stock legend Jason Line and talk to the man about his new JLine engine blocks.
The pair discuss Line’s decision to go from racer to engine designer, and how his experience behind the wheel gave him the insight to build a block that’s a level up from other blocks on the market.
Line also talks about the influence Dan Jesel had on his block design and how his colleagues and customers are helping him push the JLine forward.
Summing up his philosophy, Line reveals he’s not interested in a volume business but one that’s focused on quality and constant improvement because, as he learned as a Pro Stock champ, “in racing, if you’re standing still, you’re going to get run over.”
